We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to manage store displays, inventory control, product ordering, and marketing support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our store is visually appealing, fully stocked, and aligned with our branding and promotional goals.?

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Designing, planning, and updating in-store displays to showcase products and seasonal promotions.
  • Ensuring merchandise presentation meets brand standards and enhances customer experience.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Placing product orders, coordinating with suppliers, and managing delivery timelines.
  • Analyzing sales data to forecast inventory needs and optimize stock levels.
  • Supporting in-store promotions, events, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on signage, visual content, and other promotional materials.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in retail merchandising, operations, or inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • A creative eye for design, presentation, and product placement.
  • Proficiency with inventory software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lift merchandise and work occasional weekends or holidays during peak seasons.
