• Monitor and analyze key management indicators such as margin and profit.

• Develop the skills and performance of each team member (recruit, train, promote).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key management indicators: margin, operating profit, shrinkage rate, stock turnover, etc.
• Optimize store profitability by developing effective management tools: forecast budgets, reporting, etc.
• Ensure correct implementation of administrative and management procedures, cash security measures and logistical organization.
• Lead and drive action plans developed following national audits to improve store results and customer satisfaction.
• Develop the skills and performance of each team member: recruit, train and promote talent.
