Job summary

UNIQLO, a member of the Fast Retailing Group, seeks a Retail HR Business Partner for the French HR Team in Paris. You will partner with Store Operations and the HR/Labor Law team to deliver services for store populations.

The role requires strong HR generalist experience in retail, with fluency in French and English, and travel to regional stores 2–3 times a month. Hybrid work is offered in a Paris-based role, with a focus on consistent HR practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR Management, Business, or related field.
• Retail HR experience and strong generalist background.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to travel to regional stores 2–3 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to store operation team within their area of responsibility.
• Ensure all HR policies and tools are properly applied in their area through regular store visits and HR audits, in line with country's legal requirements, and provide communication and training on this when required.
• Participate in defining store organization in their area.
• Recruitment support including store campaigns and interviews, implementation of recruiting processes and coaching for line managers.
• Deliver the UMC recruitment program at local level: attract candidates, conduct interviews, extend offers, and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate store-level evaluation and promotion processes; support training plans and employee development.
• Be the main point of contact for employee relations issues; coach managers and employees; handle disciplinary cases with relevant departments/partners.
• Maintain relations with employee representatives and external institutions; support labor meetings and ensure legal rules are communicated and applied.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data, conduct audits, and train in-store HR administration teams.
