UNIQLO, a leading brand of the Fast Retailing Group, is seeking a Store Construction Project Manager for the Paris office. You will work with store design, development and maintenance teams, supervising third-party suppliers and managing projects across Europe. Travel will be required for multiple EU cities.

You will lead budgeting, scheduling, and handover activities, ensuring projects meet time, cost, and quality targets and supporting capex proposals for new and existing stores.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in store construction in retail/hospitality/FMCG or construction/general contracting.
• Solid understanding of flagship and standard store requirements and experience in rollout store implementation.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Fluent in business English (written and verbal).
• French language would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel; AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular store site visits with Store Design and local architects to solve issues, monitor construction progress and ensure quality.
• Monitor project budgets, manage variations, and report to the team manager.
• Create budgeting and scheduling for development phases.
