UNIQLO is seeking a Retail HR Business Partner to join the French HR Team in Paris. You will partner with Store Operations and HR/Labor Law to provide HR services for our stores, ensuring consistent application of policies and compliant practices.

You will drive recruitment campaigns, lead training and development initiatives, coach managers, and maintain HRIS data. Fluency in French and English is essential, with travel 2–3 times per month and hybrid working arrangements in Paris.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR Management, Business, or related field.
• Retail HR experience preferred, with a proactive partner mindset.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 times per month within France.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HR support to store operations within area of responsibility.
• Ensure HR policies and tools are applied through store visits and audits.
• Partner with Store Operations and HR/Labor Law teams to deliver services.
• Participate in recruitment campaigns and candidate selection.
• Support training plans and employee development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and coach line managers.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and conduct regular audits.
• Collaborate across EU HR teams for policy consistency.
