Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in retail fund management or structuring at an AMF-authorised asset management firm.
• Proven track record managing or structuring unlisted retail vehicles.
• Active participation in Investment Committee governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead the structuring and launch of retail vehicles including regulations and AMF filing.
• Manage fund lifecycle events and ensure compliance with investment restrictions.
• Act as point of contact for AMF interactions and monitor regulatory developments.
