lululemon Athletica is seeking a Key Leader to drive store leadership, mentor Educators, and oversee daily operations on the sales floor. You will guide guest experiences, leverage metrics, and lead by example in a dynamic retail environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, product education, and delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining store standards and safety. Flexible scheduling is expected, including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience desired.

Responsabilités

• Provide team recognition, gap assessment, and performance documentation to support growth.
• Develop and disseminate product knowledge through appropriate communication channels.
• Provide salesfloor leadership, plan coverage, and maintain efficient store operations.
• Support in-store guest experience including coaching, product education, and omnichannel programs.
• Interact with guests to assess needs and offer customized purchase/return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits.
• Address guest feedback to ensure a positive resolution.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
