Une maison de luxe emblématique recherche un Responsable de Projet Expertise Retail qui aura pour mission le développement de programmes de formation pour les managers des boutiques, en garantissant l'excellence retail. Ce poste requiert 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet dans l'environnement du luxe. Vous jouerez un rôle clé en tant que partenaire d'affaires pour la communauté de formation.

Qualifications

• Au moins 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, idéalement dans le secteur du luxe ou de l'hôtellerie.
• Expérience réussie en retail.
• Capacité à créer des programmes de formation complets.

Responsabilités

• Développer des programmes de formation pour les managers.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes et identifier les besoins de formation.
• Créer des modules de formation pour les managers de boutique.

CONTEXT

Are you a good match?

You have at least 10 years' experience in project management, ideally in Luxury or Hospitality environment.

You have successful experience in Retail.

You are client-centric, fluent in English.

You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

You are familiar with building complete training programs, from start to end, using your creativity to produce impactful content.

What are our expectations?

As part of the Retail Department and reporting into the Retail Expertise Manager, you will be responsible for developing training programs specifically designed for Managers, to ensure retail excellence in line with Maison Retail strategy and business development.

You will play a pivotal role as a business partner for our training community: creating training paths and content for onboarding and upskilling our audiences, and discussing with our regions to identify training needs.

In a context of strong growth, you will collaborate with all relevant stakeholders within the Maison and Richemont group. You will also be a key actor in supporting local trainers.

Main missions :

• Onboarding and upskilling modules for Boutique Managers (content creation, enrichment, updating, training rollouts)
• Onboarding program for Trainers (content creation and implementation)
• Ad hoc content co-creation with regions and markets
• Working with Sales Pole to adapt core trainings for Managers
