CONTEXT
Are you a good match?
You have at least 10 years' experience in project management, ideally in Luxury or Hospitality environment.
You have successful experience in Retail.
You are client-centric, fluent in English.
You possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
You are familiar with building comprehensive training programs from start to finish, using your creativity to produce impactful content.
What are our expectations?
As part of the Retail Department and reporting to the Retail Expertise Manager, you will be responsible for developing training programs specifically designed for Managers to ensure retail excellence aligned with Maison Retail strategy and business development.
You will serve as a key business partner for our training community: creating training paths and content for onboarding and upskilling our audiences, and collaborating with regions to identify training needs.
In a context of strong growth, you will work with all relevant stakeholders within the Maison and the Richemont group, and support local trainers.
