Qualifications

• Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Luxus- oder Gastgewerbe.
• Erfolgreiche Erfahrung im Einzelhandel.

Responsabilités

• Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Schulungsprogrammen für Boutique-Manager.
• Überwachung der Programmleistung und Anpassung des Inhalts an die Geschäftsstrategie.

Are you a good match?

You have at least 7 years of experience in project management, ideally in a Luxury or Hospitality environment.

You have successful experience in Retail.

You are client-centric and fluent in English.

You possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

What are our expectations?

As a business partner of the Retail Performance team, you will be responsible for developing Retail expertise programs and content specifically designed for Managers (Assistant/Boutique Managers, Retail Managers) to ensure retail excellence aligned with the Maison Retail strategy and business development. You will monitor program performance, address challenges, and update content to meet the Maison strategy, managers' needs, and business expectations.

Your main missions :

CONTENT STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

• Manage the creation of modules and develop training programs for onboarding and upskilling boutique managers, assistant boutique managers, and retail managers on business management skills.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to develop original content and programs in line with business needs and team roadmap.
• Centralize, support, and supervise training content developed by regions and markets to ensure relevance and alignment.
• Continuously challenge and enrich retail training programs by leveraging existing strengths and incorporating new elements to address evolving business and client expectations.

TRAINING FACILITATION / ANIMATION

• Train regional and local trainers on new programs and support regional teams during training kick-offs if needed.
• Coordinate with regions to ensure timely and effective execution of programs and modules worldwide.
• Act as a training expert for other departments, promoting a training culture in boutiques and a retail mindset within the Maison.

MANAGEMENT OF COMMUNITIES

• Engage and develop the international training community, providing support and guidance for local initiatives.
• Participate in developing retail communities, including office retail management, boutique managers, deputy boutique managers, and back-office staff.

MONITORING AND IMPACT ASSESSMENT

• Collaborate with the training performance team to assess ROI and establish relevant KPIs for new programs.
• Manage the budget allocated to your scope in coordination with your manager.
