Euronext is seeking a Retail Derivatives Product & Marketing Associate to join its Financial Derivatives team in Paris, with Amsterdam as another possible location. You will lead education initiatives for retail derivatives, develop content, and shape go-to-market plans across multiple European markets.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to translate investor needs into product development opportunities and contribute to regulatory advocacy and market positioning.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in derivatives, trading, financial markets, brokerage, product marketing or related field.
• Good understanding of listed markets and financial products, including futures and options.
• Experience or strong interest in investor education, product development and market structure

Responsabilités

• Coordinating and developing educational programmes for retail derivatives across Europe.
• Developing high-quality educational content with technical accuracy for retail investors.
• Building pan-European and local go-to-market plans and partnerships with retail brokers.
• Measuring effectiveness of initiatives using KPIs and feedback to improve strategy.
• Contributing to the product roadmap for retail derivatives across equity and fixed income.
• Conducting competitive and market structure analysis to support positioning.
• Building relationships with wholesale brokers and ecosystem partners across European markets.
