Euronext is seeking a Retail Derivatives Product & Marketing Associate to grow retail participation in listed derivatives across Europe. Based in Paris (Amsterdam possible), you will develop education content, drive go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with product and analytics teams to translate insights into actions.

You will work closely with retail brokers and ecosystem partners, manage campaigns, and help shape the derivative product roadmap across equity and fixed income.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in derivatives, trading, or financial markets.
• Good understanding of listed markets, futures and options.
• Interest in investor education, product development, and market structure.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and develop Euronext’s pan-European retail education programme, including webinars, podcasts and digital content.
• Develop high-quality educational content with technical accuracy for retail investors.
• Lead local and pan-European go-to-market plans for retail derivatives adoption and partnerships.
• Measure and improve initiatives using KPIs and feedback.
• Contribute to the product roadmap for retail derivatives across equity and fixed income.
