Job summary

Euronext is seeking a Retail Derivatives Product & Marketing Associate to join our Financial Derivatives team in Paris, with Amsterdam as an alternate location. You will drive retail participation in listed derivatives across Europe by blending product development, go-to-market strategy and investor education.

Reporting to the Head of Financial Derivatives EQD & FI, you will coordinate education programmes, develop content, build cross-border go-to-market plans with brokers, and measure impact

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in derivatives, trading, financial markets, brokerage, product marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of listed markets and financial products, including futures and options.
• Interest in investor education, product development and market structure.
• Interest in B2B marketing, content production and campaign management.
• Fluent in English and at least one of French, Dutch or Italian.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, creative and entrepreneurial, able to drive projects across several countries.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Open-minded and adaptable to diverse investor cultures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and developing Euronext's pan-European retail derivatives education programme.
• Developing high-quality educational content.
• Building and executing local and pan-European go-to-market plans.
• Measuring the effectiveness of educational and marketing initiatives using defined KPIs.
• Contributing to the product roadmap for retail derivatives across equity and fixed income.
• Conducting competitive and market structure analysis.
• Building strong relationships with retail brokers and ecosystem partners across European markets.
