The Social Hub in Toulouse is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house and ensure warm, attentive service across every sitting. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager, help new team members find their rhythm, and keep daily operations running like a well-oiled machine.

You’ll lead the team on the floor, support training and onboarding, and collaborate with kitchen and bar to maintain smooth service while upholding standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role.
• Confidence leading a team during service.
• Clear communication and staying calm when things get busy.
• Eye for detail and keeping service consistent.
• Genuine hospitality energy and guest-facing approach.
• Ability to work well with different teams and lead by example.
• English and French spoken; additional languages a bonus.
