The Social Hub Paris is seeking a Connector Intern to be the open door to events, tours, and community activations. You’ll welcome guests, host tours, and help transform spaces into lively, welcoming hubs.

Working closely with the Community & Events Manager, you’ll coordinate leads, book spaces, support partners, and help craft memorable experiences for students, coworkers, and guests across our hybrid hospitality space in Paris.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to engage an audience.

Responsabilités

• Be the go-to contact for events and community activations with the Community & Events Manager.
• Give engaging tours of the space.
• Coordinate leads and convert them into memberships.
• Keep shared spaces clean and welcoming for everyone.
• Collaborate with other teams (F&B, reception, commercial).
• Support coworkers and potential members with space needs.
• Assist with launching new initiatives or events for the community.

WhatYou’llDo

• You, along with the Community & Events Manager, are the eyes and ears of our community and will be thego-tocontact person in terms of events & community activations. You will handle communication through posters, TSH App,WhatsAppgroups,e-mails,live discussions...
• You make sure everyone gets a warm welcome as soon as they walk in
• You’llgive engaging tours of our space, showing potential coworkers what makes our community special.
• You’llcoordinate our leads and transfer them into new memberships as well as keeping our records organized and up to date.
• Tidy space, happy place—you’llhelp keep shared areasclean andwelcoming foreveryone throughout the day.
• You’llwork on the floor and collaborate with other teams (F&B, reception, commercial...)
• You’llsupport coworkers and potential members with anything they need around the space (you might even pick up some new tech skills whileyou'reat it!).

• You will actively connect our members, students, co-working,hoteland extended stay community
• You will help the Community & Events Manager in creating and orchestrating events from A to Z. From theinitialidea, to creating the ticket offices, booking spaces, reaching out to partners and being present on the day ofto handleset-ups and de-set-ups.
• You will attend and be an essential part ofnetworkingevents
• You will help in handling the reporting for headquarters

• You’recurrently enrolled in aUniversity
• You have an outgoing and confident personality. You kill it in front of an audience
• You have a natural interest and love to be around and with people
• You'reprofessional & responsible enough to work independently in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic atmosphere
• You’resuper social, always flexible, incrediblymotivatedand never without a sense of humor
• You'resuper communicative and have a great entrepreneurial spirit, with creative ideas
• You'reextremely calm under pressure
• You'reexceptionally organized
• You’refluent English andFrench. Know other languages? The more the merrier!
• You'recurrently studying within the EU
• You have good skills with Canva and thePackOffice
