PT Cahaya Alam Dewata is a subsidiary of PT Bali Utama Cakrawala. PT Cahaya Alam Dewata operates in the Food & Beverage and Service sectors. The company has three business units under its umbrella, namely Ocean Restaurant, Mr. Jho Restaurant, and The Wok Restaurant.

Role Objectives:

PT Cahaya Alam Dewata, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and manage daily operations. This role not only involves overseeing the restaurant's operations and service quality but also actively contributing to menu development and collaborating on marketing strategies to increase restaurant revenue. This position will be responsible for overseeing the operations of three restaurants, including Ocean Restaurant, The Wok Restaurant, and Mr. Jho Restaurant. These restaurant are located at Discovery Mall Bali.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing the operations of three restaurants, including Ocean Restaurant, The Wok Restaurant, and Mr. Jho Restaurant.

Supervise and manage all operational aspects of the all of three restaurants, including staff scheduling, overseeing team members, and ensuring high-quality customer service standards.

Ensure all operational activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements (cleanliness, safety, and security).

Work closely with the culinary team to develop new, innovative menu items that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.

Regularly assess and refresh the menu to keep it exciting and aligned with current food trends and customer demands.

Ensure that the menu reflects seasonal ingredients and maintains high-quality standards.

Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving foot traffic to the restaurant.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, events, and partnerships that align with the restaurant's objectives.

Use feedback and data to inform marketing initiatives, and work together with the team to target new customer segments.

Develop and monitor the restaurant’s annual and monthly budgets, ensuring cost-effective management without compromising quality and service.

Analyze financial reports and make recommendations for optimizing cost efficiency and increasing profitability.

Design and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and revenue, using both traditional and digital marketing methods.

Organize special events, seasonal promotions, and loyalty programs to encourage repeat business and attract new customers.

Collaborate with relevant teams to leverage digital and social media platforms to engage customers and promote the restaurant's offerings.

Lead, train, and mentor the restaurant’s staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service and uphold the restaurant's values.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.

Ensure exceptional service for all guests by managing staff interactions and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Gather and act on customer feedback to improve the overall dining experience.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the restaurant at all times.

Oversee inventory control, ensuring that food and beverage supplies are well-stocked and stored according to quality standards.

Work closely with suppliers to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked with high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.

Take ownership of achieving monthly and annual sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or related fields.

At least 5 years in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining environment.

Experience in menu development, financial management, and staff leadership.

Proven ability to implement marketing strategies and increase sales.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including cost control, inventory management, and customer service.

Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions.

Creative approach to menu innovation and marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with POS systems, restaurant management software, and social media marketing.

Willing to be based in Bali.
