Restaurant Manager – Caribbean Luxury Resort

Salary: $36k to $40k + accommodation allowance, visa support, bonus, benefits and more

Location: St.Lucia

Our client is an award-winning luxury hotel group based in St.Lucia. We are assisting them in their search for a Restaurant Manager to work in their French inspired restaurant!

Responsibilities:
  • Daily operations of the restaurant
  • Manage and motivate a team
  • Manage restaurant financials and P&L
  • Staff scheduling
  • Maintaining brand standards
  • Ensuring guests are having the ultimate experience
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • A passion for Food & Beverage. On trend knowledge. Beverage experience is a plus
  • A strong leader that brings positive energy to the team
  • Great career stability
  • Can easily relocate
