FORVIA invites a proactive and autonomous program support specialist to help deploy and optimize the PMS intranet tool in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will assist PMs, gather feedback, and maintain dashboards while contributing to monthly management reporting and high-level documentation.

The role lasts 12 months with potential renewal, based in France, with English fluency required and additional European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Preparing Engineering diploma in technical or business fields.
• First experience in automotive/project management welcomed.
• Fluent in English; German/Spanish a plus.
• International mindset.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Contribute to the deployment of the Program Management System (PMS) intranet tool
• Support program managers in the use of the PMS tool
• Collect and transmit feedback to improve the PMS tool
• Keep dashboards under control
• Support Program director in monthly reporting
• Prepare high level management documentation

The mission will last 12 months and can be renewed for 12 additional months
