Job Description:

1. Management of transport and customs managers and interface with logistics providers (Shipping/Receiving flows)
2. Ensure daily shipping and receiving of goods at the site
3. Ensure compliance with administrative formalities of transport services (LTA, etc.)
4. Organize monthly COPIL meetings with providers and partners
5. Implement solutions in liaison with SAE services
6. Ensure compliance and monitoring of import/export declarations according to regulations and current contracts
7. Follow up on transports interfacing with internal clients and providers (Transport/Customs)
8. Guarantee adherence to customs procedures in contact with the Customs Manager at SAE
9. Handle disputes with carriers and freight forwarders as well as international customs disputes
10. Monitor service and provider performance using KPIs (QRQC, etc.)
11. Propose improvements to tools and processes and ensure their operation
12. Characterize dysfunctions and lead their resolution within deadlines
13. Supervise the "known loader" zone
14. Ensure safety, environment, and quality rules are followed by the team
15. Lead steering meetings and improvement projects in the sector

Job Requirements:

Hold a DUT/BTS in transport/logistics. Knowledge of customs and transportation environment is necessary. Experience in an industrial and international environment, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of SAP are a plus. The role requires autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, and good priority management.
