Under the responsibility of the Multi-site Director, you will lead your team of service agents with the collaboration of your team leaders to ensure quality service for clients in the sector. You will optimize distribution means respecting deadlines and legal and regulatory constraints.

In this context, your mission will focus on several key areas:

• Developing and optimizing delivery schedules,
• Managing your team daily (handling replacements, organizing routes, safety equipment management…),
• Recruiting, integrating, and leading your team…
• Managing the vehicle fleet across two sites in compliance with legislation and company policies,
• Rigourously controlling distribution costs (vehicle rental, fuel, consumables, tools…) to stay within budget,
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and continuously seeking improvements in all delivery cycle stages. As a key client contact, you will analyze issues and implement improvement plans aimed at continuous enhancement.

Qualifications: Bac +2 in transport or logistics, with significant experience in frontline management, ideally in courier, transport, or logistics sectors.

You possess strong data analysis skills. Recognized for your leadership qualities and support capabilities.

You are organized, rigorous, adaptable, and have a genuine service-oriented mindset, with a desire to motivate your teams towards continuous customer satisfaction.

Salary

Annual gross salary: €40,000 - €43,000 (fixed + variable)

Additional benefits: meal voucher bonus + RTT + CSE + PEE
