VINCI Facilities, with a revenue of 1.4 billion euros in 2019 and 8,500 employees, provides a range of building-related services, from multitechnical maintenance to facility management.

The VINCI Energies France Facilities IDF Tertiaire division (with a turnover of 270M€, 1650 employees) is hiring a Technical CVC Manager (H/F) for one of its companies specializing in multitechnical maintenance.

Reporting to the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing daily technical assistance to technicians
2. Supervising technicians and subcontractors in preventive and corrective maintenance
3. Applying safety, quality, and environmental procedures
4. Supporting the Site Manager in operational management and technical supervision on-site
5. Assisting in planning maintenance operations derived from GMAO or other sources
6. Monitoring technicians and ensuring proper execution of rounds (CVC equipment status, lighting rounds, RAC/RDP/radians rounds, sanitary rounds, loop balancing, etc.)
7. Ensuring timely intervention requests are completed
8. Supporting the Site Manager in analyzing major breakdowns and proposing improvement plans

This position is to be filled ASAP and is based in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.

Candidate profile:

With a Bac+2/3 higher technician diploma (BTS, DUT, or university degree in Industrial Maintenance, Fluids Energy Environment, Electrotechnics) or lower level with significant field experience, you have at least 5 years of successful experience in multitechnical maintenance (as technician or team leader).

You are skilled in contractual management of multitechnical services, estimating quotes, and reading/interpreting plans.

You are recognized for qualities such as adaptability, autonomy, initiative, proactivity, organization (time management, resource evaluation, analysis, synthesis), rigor, and customer service orientation.
