VINCI Facilities, with a revenue of 1.4 billion euros in 2019 and employing 8,500 staff, provides a range of building-related services including multitechnical maintenance and facility management.

The VINCI Energies France Facilities IDF Tertiaire division (turnover of 270M€, 1650 employees) is recruiting a Technical CVC Manager (H/F) for one of its companies specializing in multitechnical maintenance.

Reporting to the Business Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Providing technical assistance to technicians daily
2. Supervising technicians and subcontractors in preventive and corrective maintenance
3. Applying procedures related to Safety, Quality, and Environment
4. Supporting the Site Manager in operational management and technical supervision of site operational staff
5. Assisting in the planning of maintenance operations derived from GMAO or other sources
6. Monitoring technicians to ensure proper execution of rounds (CVC equipment status, lighting rounds, RAC/RDP/radians rounds, sanitation rounds, loop balancing, etc.)
7. Ensuring timely response to intervention requests
8. Participating with the Site Manager in analyzing major breakdowns and proposing improvement plans

This position is to be filled ASAP and is based in Paris 15th arrondissement.

Candidate Profile:

Holding a Bac+2/3 in Senior Technician fields (BTS, DUT, or degree in Industrial Maintenance, Fluids, Energy, Environment, Electrotechnics) or lower level with significant field experience, with at least 5 years of successful experience in multitechnical maintenance (as technician or team leader).

You should be proficient in contractual management of multitechnical services, estimating quotes, reading, and interpreting plans.

The ideal candidate is recognized for adaptability, autonomy, initiative, proactive attitude, organizational skills (time management, resource assessment, analysis, and synthesis), rigor, and customer service orientation.

Type of contract: Permanent contract (CDI)
