Responsable technique maintenance F / H

VINCI Facilities, with a revenue of 1.4 billion euros in 2019 and employing 8,500 staff, provides comprehensive building-related services, including multitechnique maintenance and facility management.

The VINCI Energies France Facilities IDF Tertiaire division (turnover of 270M€, 1650 employees) is seeking to hire a Technical Manager CVC (H/F) for one of its companies specializing in multitechnique maintenance.

Reporting to the Business Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Providing daily technical support to technicians
2. Supervising technicians and subcontractors in preventive and corrective maintenance
3. Applying procedures related to safety, quality, and environmental standards
4. Assisting the Site Manager in operational management and technical supervision
5. Supporting the Site Manager in planning maintenance operations from GMAO or other sources
6. Monitoring technicians and ensuring proper execution of rounds (CVC equipment status, lighting rounds, RAC/RDP/radians rounds, sanitary rounds, loop balancing, etc.)
7. Ensuring timely completion of intervention requests
8. Helping analyze major breakdowns and proposing improvement plans

This position is to be filled ASAP and is based in Paris 15th arrondissement.

Candidate profile:

Holding a Bac+2/3 in Technical fields (BTS, DUT, or Industrial Maintenance, Fluids, Energy, Environment, Electrotechnics) or equivalent level with significant hands-on experience, you have at least 5 years of successful experience in multitechnique maintenance, either as a technician or team leader.

You are proficient in managing contractual aspects of multitechnique services, estimating quotes, and reading/interpreting plans.

You are recognized for your adaptability, autonomy, initiative, proactive approach, organizational skills (time management, resource evaluation, analysis, synthesis), rigor, and customer service orientation.
