Une entreprise dynamique recherche un stagiaire en investissement pour rejoindre son équipe d'infrastructure à Paris. Ce stage de 6 mois, débutant en janvier 2025, offre une occasion unique de travailler sur des transactions d'infrastructure dans des secteurs clés comme l'énergie renouvelable et la communication. Les stagiaires auront des responsabilités significatives dès le premier jour, y compris l'analyse d'opportunités d'investissement, la rédaction de mémos et la gestion des investissements existants. Rejoindre cette équipe en pleine croissance vous permettra de développer vos compétences dans un environnement collaboratif et stimulant, tout en contribuant à des projets d'impact réel.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme en cours ou obtenu d'une école de commerce ou d'ingénieur.
  • Un stage précédent en M&A, Finance de projet ou Capital-investissement est bénéfique.

Responsabilités

  • Assister l'équipe d'investissement dans l'analyse des opportunités et la structuration des transactions.
  • Préparer des mémos pour le comité d'investissement et des présentations.

Private Equity Infrastructure Internship (6 months)

Starting in July 2025

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for an Investment Intern in the infrastructure sector. You will be working in Paris and focus on Private Equity investments. We aim to onboard you in January 2025.

As part of Schroders Capital Infrastructure, you will assist team members in the origination, structuring and execution of infrastructure investments on behalf of institutional investors. We focus on three main investment themes: essential infrastructure, energy transition and digital transformation. You will have the opportunity to work on infrastructure transactions across several sectors, including renewable energy (wind and solar farms), communication (towers, fiber), social (health, education) and transportation.

The team

Since forming in 2015, Schroders Capital Infrastructure has successfully raised and invested over €4.6bn in equity and debt, focusing on European infrastructure assets. The team comprises 24 employees based in Paris and London and is experiencing rapid growth. The role will be within the Infrastructure Equity team comprising 5 people.

What you'll do

The intern will have significant responsibilities from day one and become an integral part of the team, with high levels of interaction with investment professionals, legal and financial advisors, and executive managers of the invested companies. Key responsibilities for the intern will include:

  • Assist investment team members in opportunities analysis, business plans review and due diligence, deals structuring and execution as well as management of existing investments
  • Draft investment committee memos and all types of materials supporting pitch and external/internal presentations
  • Run complex financial models and simulate the impact of alternative assumptions
  • Prepare reporting to clients

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

  • Degree either completed or due to complete from leading business school, engineering school or university
  • Excellent academic background
  • One previous internship in one of the following areas is beneficial: M&A, Project Finance, Private Equity or Consulting
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Interest in the Infrastructure sector
