We are looking for aTechnical Service Manager Make-Up and Hair colorationwho will also be leading team of Application technologists.

This job will report to the Technical Service Manager II and is based out of in our offices in Saint-Ouen l’Aumone, France. It requires intense travelling (on average 35%) to support our Sales Account Managers.

What you'll do:

• In synergy with our sales and technical teams, you will help to generate new sales by identifying new project opportunities and defining technical client solutions
• You use your in-depth technical knowledge to promote our products to customers in collaboration with the sales representative
• You are our voice at the customers in order to resolve technical issues and guide customers on the right choice of product
• You coordinate the activities of the application lab team in Make-up and Hair coloration, ensuring:
  • development of formula needed to promote our NPD’s
  • new formula development to meet new trends, Sensient planned special events, sales kits
  • customer and technical event preparation
• You keep yourself up-to-date on new technologies, regulations and competitive environments

You will bring:

• Academic degree in chemistry science
• Proven, in-depth experience in applied technology, technical sales or laboratory experience (15 years minimum)
• Face to face interaction with customers is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written skills
• A strong solution-oriented mindset, completed by strong prioritization skills
