Responsabilités :

• Organiser et garantir le support des logiciels utilisés par l’application TMS

• Suivre des contrats avec les partenaires externes

• Maintenir des matrices d’escalade

• Maintenir la documentation

• Organiser et garantir l’administration et le maintien en condition opérationnelle des logicielsTMS soitla gestiondes : incidents, changements, configuration, de la continuité de service, de la documentation

• Gérer les déploiements des nouvelles versions des logiciels TMS

• Maintenir en état valide les logiciels TMS.

Profil :

Titulaire d’un bac +5 type école de commerce ou master II en Informatique, vous

justifiez d’une première expérience réussie de 4 ans minimum sur le même type de poste.

Vous avez :

Une Expérience dans le support de logiciels déployés sur PDAs

Une Connaissance des outils de gestion de support IT idéalement Service Now

Une Connaissance en langage de Scripting et d’automatisation des tâches

Vous êtes :

Pro-actif et orienté résultat et efficacité. Autonome dans le travail.

Rigoureux dans le maintien de la documentation et dans l'exécution des tests

Mobilité Régionale (court déplacement à prévoir sur les sites du groupe).

Bonne communication orale et écrite en français.

Anglais professionnel courant (rédaction de documents, participation à des réunions de troubleshooting, échange avec l’équipe de validation du groupe)
