Our employees are key ingredients to our success, and you will be responsible for HR support to specific plant(s) on topics such as talent management, leadership development, early career programs, career pathing, mobility, and strategic talent reviews. For people managers in specific plants, you will act as a point of contact for HR topics. You will be a trusted partner, driving the implementation of global strategies and initiatives across plants, and influencing business strategy for people-related issues.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders, understanding the impact of people decisions on the commercial/supply chain to fulfill business objectives, considering plant roadmaps, people plans, and the future of the factory.
  • Oversee site labor relations strategies, including communication, works council relations, and compliance.
  • Drive engagement on the plant culture agenda; coach leaders on cultural elements and organizational values; ensure high-performance work systems and effective plant learning management.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic priorities, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, early career programs, career pathing, succession planning, mobility, and strategic talent reviews.
  • Use data analytics to drive solutions, inform decisions, and develop actionable plans to impact the bottom line and support business strategy. Keep People Services informed of legal and regulatory changes.
  • Support plant leadership in managing time and attendance systems and policies; coach plant directors and leadership; support performance calibration where applicable.
  • Lead people processes and manage impacts of plant transformation with effective change management.
