Our employees are key ingredients to our success, and you will be responsible for HR support to specific plant(s) on topics such as talent management, leadership development, early career programs, career pathing, mobility, and strategic talent reviews. For people managers in specific plants, you will act as a point of contact for HR topics. You are a trusted partner and will drive the implementation of global strategies and initiatives across plants. You will be responsible for influencing business strategy related to people issues.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand the impact of people decisions on the business, providing insights related to plant roadmaps, people plans, and future factory initiatives.
  • Oversee labor relations strategies, including communication and works council relations and compliance.
  • Drive engagement on plant culture; coach leaders on organizational values and high-performance work systems; ensure effective learning management.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic priorities such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, career pathing, succession planning, and mobility.
  • Use data analytics to inform decisions and develop actionable plans to support business objectives.
  • Support plant leadership in managing attendance systems and policies, coaching directors and leadership teams as needed.
  • Lead change management initiatives during plant transformations.

What you will bring

A desire to develop your career, with experience and knowledge in:

  • Broad HR experience across various populations and seniorities.
  • Experience working with trade unions to implement change.
  • A credible, trusted business partner capable of engaging and influencing others.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma to drive high performance.
  • An inquisitive, insightful approach with an external perspective on people and business performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, planning abilities, and adaptability to ambiguity.
  • A future-focused mindset, understanding market trends and external influences.
