Position

Within the Quality Department at La Courneuve (93), which ensures compliance with processes, contract execution, and deliverables for three turbine and nuclear pump workshops, we are hiring two Project Quality Engineers (PQE). These roles report to the Workshop Quality Manager.

Scope of the Role

The PQE will oversee workshop processes to ensure quality objectives are met, participating in the SQDC approach (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost). The role involves interfacing with various teams and clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead quality aspects of workshop projects
• Support workshop teams in contract execution and process adherence
• Coordinate, prepare, and lead client inspections
• Manage Non-Conformities and ensure data integrity until closure
• Assist the Quality Control team
• Verify and consolidate fabrication or repair reports (EoMR/RFR/RFF)
• Conduct root cause analyses (PDCA, A3, 8D, RCA)
• Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Field Quality Engineer with over 5 years’ experience, with a solid mechanical background or nuclear industry quality experience
• Ability to read technical drawings (ISO GPS)
• Knowledge of nuclear standards (ISO19443, RCCM, MQCA) is a plus
• Proficient in root cause analysis tools (8D, RCA, A3)
• Strong data analysis skills (Pareto, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in French; English skills are a plus
• Ability to influence teams and drive quality improvements
• Resilience and rigor
