How you can contribute to our vision

1. Develop, propose, and implement methods, processes, and programs related to payroll,
2. Advise managers and/or employees accordingly,
3. Provide HR expertise on payroll issues and serve as a liaison for management on this topic,
4. Ensure relationship management with internal and external partners within the scope,
5. Ensure compliance with current HR policies and applicable legal frameworks,
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to successfully execute HR projects within the scope,
7. Implement and monitor HR indicators,
8. Support administrative HR activities (time management, orders, invoicing).

What you need to make a difference

A passion for renewable energy and an understanding of the importance of driving change. We also look for...

1. A higher education degree, specialized in Human Resources,
2. Payroll expertise and significant experience of at least 5 years in an industrial environment,
3. Knowledge of social law, recruitment, and/or payroll,
4. Understanding of HR issues and operational approaches,
5. Professional English skills,
6. Communication skills, flexibility, proactive attitude,
7. Organizational skills, attention to detail and service orientation,
8. Commitment, autonomy.
