Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson France is seeking a Medical Education Manager for our Neuroscience business unit, for a 7-month fixed-term contract (August 2025 to March 2026), full-time, based in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

MISSIONS

1. Participate proactively in the development, implementation, and operational follow-up of the Medical Education plan (budget monitoring, operational quality, coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders) within the framework of Medical Affairs strategy.
2. Responsible for developing the Medical Education Plan for their therapeutic area(s), built and validated with the medical director of the therapeutic area.
3. Ensure coordination and operational monitoring of the Medical Education plan.
4. Guarantee excellence and expertise in Medical Education within their therapeutic area(s).
5. Ensure systematic evaluation of all Medical Education events.
6. Contribute to the EMEA Medical Education strategy for their therapeutic area(s).

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Develop a strategic vision for the MedEd plan, support strategic issues by proposing a differentiated, personalized, phygital, and innovative MedEd plan, lead scientific boards, collaborate on KOL strategies, implement omnichannel strategies, coordinate internal and external teams, validate events, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the excellence and differentiation of Janssen Medical Education.

Internal: Medical Director, Medical Affairs team, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Procurement, etc.

External: KOLs, healthcare professionals, scientific societies.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Ideally a Master’s degree in sciences, medicine, or pharmacy (BAC+5), with approximately 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Essential skills include scientific expertise, relationship management, project management, communication, creativity, public speaking, budget management, and familiarity with IT tools.
