Filassistance, a subsidiary of the CNP Assurances Group, implements assistance services for its insured clients in difficulty. These guarantees are integrated into contracts with partner insurers, brokers, and mutuals: Filassistance operates in a B to B to C model. It is a multi-specialist assistance provider, intervening in personal assistance, automotive assistance, and multi-risk home assistance.

In 2024, Filassistance generated €52.5 million in revenue and has excellent growth prospects.

Responsibilities

1. Enhance the marketing offer with new value-added services and showcase internal expertise.
2. Identify and meet innovative stakeholders to forge partnerships that enrich assistance services for people and property.
3. Conduct market segment benchmarks and develop formalized recommendations for new offers.
4. Launch pilot projects in a test-and-learn approach.
5. Support business development with the Commercial Department:
6. Create and animate sales presentations and training materials on new offers for internal teams and client partners.
7. Participate in responding to calls for tenders.

Qualifications

Master's degree (Bac+5) with at least 5 years of experience in offer marketing within the finance sector: insurance, banking, asset management, etc.

Strong interest in innovation in services for individuals.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; adept at highlighting the benefits of an offer and a PowerPoint expert.

Compensation

Fixed package + variable based on experience
