Job description

The purpose of the job is to achieve the business targets in terms of sales and brand positioning through all relevant digital marketing channels, for both SRO and STC businesses, by maintaining constant and periodic contact with partners.

Key responsibilities of the role

  1. Implement and manage, via local agencies, all campaigns for acquiring new students using various recruitment channels (online media, SEO, SEM, displays, affiliate programs, social media) and coordinate communication activities to meet lead generation and conversion targets.
  2. Develop and enhance brand awareness of the School through media, marketing events, activities, and other channels.
  3. Support sales and admission promotion activities by interacting with agency representatives and external consultants (PR, web agencies, etc.) at a local level.
  4. Manage CRM activities and plan/implement initiatives to improve conversion rates from leads to enrolled students.
  5. Ensure the continuous update and development of the school's websites, landing pages, and online materials.
  6. Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual online marketing budget, generate weekly reports, and suggest improvements to business leaders.
  7. Analyze and periodically review competitors’ online communication activities and positioning to provide intelligence updates.
  8. Guarantee effective social media management, including editorial planning, chat, and lead monitoring.
