Responsabilités

• Manage the maintenance and metrology team (15 people).

• Monitor performance indicators (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) and propose continuous improvement actions.

In a context of rapid expansion, the La Balme Les Grottes site is looking for a Industrial Maintenance Manager F/H/D, who will report to the Technical Services Manager of the site.

The La Balme les Grottes industrial site manufactures several product lines (reagents) and internal components (plastic parts) specialized in in-vitro diagnostics, at the forefront of new market technologies, with a focus on environmental impact and employee well-being.

What will be your responsibilities?

1. Manage the maintenance and metrology team (15 people, on shift and day schedules)

• Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and safety of assets and personnel
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities on production equipment
• Develop team members' skills

Ensure operational performance

• Guarantee the availability, reliability, and regulatory compliance of installations
• Monitor performance indicators (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) and propose continuous improvement actions
• Manage budgets, subcontracting contracts, and maintenance audits
• Ensure regulatory compliance of installations
• Operate the CMMS (CARL SOURCE)

Lead the maintenance master plan

• Structure the service to meet growth challenges (technological watch, skills, team sizing)
• Contribute to equipment sustainability strategy and propose related investments
• Lead industrial projects focused on industrial performance

Who are you?

• Bachelor's to master's degree with a technical focus
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance management
• Strong technical knowledge (electrotechnics, automation, mechanics, etc.)
• Significant experience in demanding industrial environments (pharmaceutical, food, chemical, automotive, etc.)
• You can develop a strategic vision for maintenance activities and are results-oriented. You are quick to identify key levers and challenges in your activity.
