Open to contractual candidates: Yes, as an exception for civil servant applications. Contracts may be up to one year, renewable up to two years total. Full-time work.
Job Overview
Under the authority of the Deputy Head of the School Canteen, you will be responsible for the technical maintenance of central kitchen equipment (including cold storage) and 40 satellite sites, in compliance with current hygiene and safety standards. You will manage public procurement related to purchasing, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and installations. Your role includes designing, monitoring execution, and renewal processes, programming purchases, interventions, and/or work necessary to maintain kitchen equipment and comply with regulations.
You will participate in projects such as deploying reusable containers to replace disposable plastics, and oversee the expansion of the Central Kitchen (creation of a laundry).

Candidate Profile
Holder of a BTS in Systems Maintenance or a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and Maintenance, with successful experience in a similar role. Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, drawing software) and project management for monitoring projects. Autonomous, rigorous, familiar with collective catering environments and public procurement. Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, service-minded, and proactive. Valid B driving license required. Willingness to work in a continuous daytime schedule with a 30-minute lunch break, 38 hours per week, adaptable to installation follow-ups.
