Job Overview

As a Supervisor, Datacenter Critical Facilities, your main mission will be to lead a critical infrastructure operations team present 24/7, organizing and supervising operational and maintenance tasks on electrical production and distribution systems, cooling and ventilation systems, fire safety devices, access control, and ensuring coordination with service providers.

Main Responsibilities

Operations, Maintenance, and Service Continuity

  • Develop and implement the preventive maintenance schedule for infrastructures, ensuring close monitoring of operations while minimizing risks.
  • Execute daily technical checks and diagnostics of infrastructure equipment and perform corrective emergency operations.
  • Draft operational modes, prevention plans, work permits, and safety certificates rigorously.
  • Manage electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic lockouts.
  • Oversee external companies and verify their qualifications and methodologies.
  • Organize and supervise external contractors' work.
  • Maintain and inventory critical spare parts.
  • Participate in audits to evaluate service continuity and analyze risks.
  • Implement improvement plans based on audit findings or incidents.
  • Maintain knowledge and practice across all sites for autonomous intervention.

Team Management

  • Define and communicate clear objectives.
  • Foster team cohesion and spirit.
  • Anticipate needs for additional resources.

Energy Management

  • Implement actions to improve the energy efficiency of the infrastructure.
  • Proactively alert on energy supply needs.
  • Develop energy quality indicators and maintain associated records.

Systems, Supervision, KPI, and Reporting

  • Ensure proper functioning of centralized technical management systems.
  • Document maintenance activities in the Group's computerized maintenance management system.

Purchasing / Budget Management

  • Monitor the allocated budget and proactively address any discrepancies.
  • Contribute to the annual budget preparation.

Who are you?

  • Bac+2 to +5 in a technical field (electricity, HVAC, fire safety).
  • Confirmed experience in similar roles, ideally in sensitive operational environments.
  • Technical versatility.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Attention to detail and rigor.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive and responsible.
