Mission:
You manage your team, collectively and individually, to ensure each member enjoys their work while progressing. You trust them to give their best to customers.
You animate, motivate, and help them grow through recruitment, training, organization, and support (sales debriefs, action plan follow-ups, etc.).
You're responsible for setting, steering, and controlling individual and collective objectives, leading your team to achieve results and increasing profitability within your scope.
As a store manager, you also handle other tasks such as planning, cost control, market and competition monitoring, financial follow-up, and delivery management.
