Our team in Nanterre is currently looking for a Group Leader - Piping Installation.

About You :

We encourage individuals with disabilities to apply for all our positions.

You have a background in Industrial Design and at least 10 years of experience, including 3 years in an equivalent position. Sensitivity to the challenges of the energy transition (Hydrogen, Circular Economy, CO² Management) would be appreciated. Mastery of 2D drawing and 3D design tools is required (Autocad, Microstation, AVEVA E3D, Hexagon S3D). Travel in France and abroad is expected and fluency in French and English is required.

About the Team :

The "Design of Units and Piping" team is at the center of Engineering studies on all our projects. It is one of the few teams working on all project phases (proposals, pre-projects, FEED, EPC), all types of projects (Onshore / Offshore) and all product lines / technologies (LNG / Refinery, Hydrogen, Carbon Capture, Offshore Wind, Mining & Metals, Plastics recycling). In the execution phase, it is at the center of schedules and processes, as a general installation. Finally, it is the main driver of our Engineering studies.

About the Job :

1. Supervise and coordinate the design of piping, HVAC, and E&I installations and equipment.
2. Structure the area in Design Areas for support by Installation Designers.
3. Control and ensure medium complexity installations.
4. Prepare the most complex / critical studies.
5. Train employees on the applicable installation rules.
6. Coordinate information for your area through the interfaces disciplines Engineering, Process, Project, etc.
7. Manage the 3D reviews of the area and prepare the study transfer files.
8. Plan the activities of the Designers on a weekly basis and transmit the progress to its operational manager.
9. Propose method improvements.
