Responsable Infrastructure (télétravail) - H/F, Béziers

Location: Béziers, France

We are recruiting a Responsable Infra for a SaaS startup in cybersecurity, offering a permanent contract (CDI). The position is fully remote, with no travel required. The salary ranges between €60,000 and €80,000, depending on experience.

The technology stack primarily includes Azure, with some AWS and GCP. Key skills include automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). The tech team consists of three cybersecurity experts.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing the platform for rapid scaling and international expansion, ensuring performance, security, and stability. This is a hands-on role involving setting up the infrastructure before potentially recruiting a small team in one to two years.

The internal organization is horizontal, with a focus on work-life balance. Employees are not expected to have the same level of commitment as founders.

Candidate Profile:

• Solid experience with cloud environments, especially Azure (essential), with AWS and GCP appreciated.
• Proficiency in automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible or equivalents).
• Significant experience in deploying, monitoring, and securing SaaS platforms.
• Good knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proactive mindset, autonomy, and responsibility.
• Desire to build, structure, and document robust technical foundations in a dynamic, growing environment.
