Main purpose of the position / Key expectations
ISS Hard Services Lead is the point of reference for customer and for ISS account team and global organisation with regard to the management, operations and maintenance of engineering infrastructure, systems and assets to ISS customer sites in France. This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by deploying operational practices (best practices, Group and country standards) to facilitate improved growth, profit and retention. Hard Services Lead will be working closely with our business partner based in France to ensure highest level of facility management services delivered to our Global Clients.
What you’ll do
- Client Relationship:
- Ensure customer satisfaction with regard to hard services
- In country escalation point with client representative for respective accounts in terms of hard services
- Build and maintain good customer relations
- Operations:
- Keep and manage operation of buildings, technical infrastructure, engineering systems and assets, including all designated critical environments, according to agreed SLAs
- Ensure efficient and effective management, operation and maintenance processes for buildings, technical infrastructure, engineering systems and assets
- Manage continuous improvement and optimization of processes and utilities
- Ensure planned reactive and predictive operation costs within budget
- Work closely with ISS Business Information Systems – IoT, data analytics
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and standards
- Keep asset condition and lifecycle information accurate to facilitate capital investment planning
Key qualifications
- Excellent French and English Language skills
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience of engineering infrastructure, assets and systems
- Knowledge of critical environment management and processes
- Experience in managing and delivering operations and maintenance services
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and standards in France
- Knowledge of energy and utility optimisation, asset replacement and upgrade project management
- Excellent Computer Literacy
- At least 5 years’ of related experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
Personal skills
- Service and customer oriented, with commercial mindset to grow service related revenue
- Liaison with clients and service providers at all levels will be required therefore sound communication and negotiating skills are essential
- Project and change management experience in the field of facility services
- Building trust and engagement
- Flexible & adaptable
- Enthusiastic and self-motivating and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a customer focused environment
