Qualifications

• Expérience en gestion de la sécurité et de l'environnement dans un cadre industriel.

Scope of Activities

To carry out some or all of the following activities:

1. Advise and support site operations HSE staff with preparing operating and investment budgets, and implementing the Group Health, Safety & Environment policy (tools, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 certifications, compliance reviews, etc.)
2. Define and ensure the progress of the HSE roadmap for your scope of responsibility
3. Define and propose the Regional HSE budget and resource adequacy
4. Manage team workload capacity
5. Support team members in developing their skills and abilities, and anticipating work-related risks and hazards
6. Provide individual support for site HSE staff & managers to develop their HSE culture
7. Lead and coordinate operations teams, and provide HSE improvement program information (SR3, monthly reviews, etc.)
8. Support teams in analyzing malfunctions, non-conformities, and incidents within your scope
9. Advise and support accident investigations and cause analysis as part of HSE improvement programs
10. Manage the HSE management system, ensuring its integration, monitoring, and updating within the IMS
11. Analyze compliance with regulations and internal/external requirements
12. Integrate HSE issues into regional development and capital expenditure studies
13. Monitor and maintain tools for occupational accident/illness statistics and regulatory compliance
14. Consolidate HSE results reporting and management system updates
15. Anticipate internal and external needs and challenges
16. Ensure continuity of HSE performance monitoring with audits
17. Report to management within your scope as HSE Specialist
18. Supervise relationships with official bodies and organizations (CSE, DIRECCTE, DREAL, etc.)
19. Conduct audits and monitor tender outcomes
20. Represent your department in manufacturing and logistics trade associations and stakeholder projects

21. Lead and manage a team, ensuring skill development aligned with business needs

22. The activities should be adapted for employees on work/study contracts to remain consistent with their training.

Qualifications: Bac Pro - PART 66 B1, Aircraft Maintenance License issued by an approved PART 147 company
