Job Description

• Manage the buyers, flow managers, and schedulers at the site.
• Participate in various meetings and ensure the proper execution of action plans.
• Ensure reporting of activities within your team.
• Collaborate with the planning team to ensure the proper execution of the PDP, identify risks, and escalate when necessary.
• Conduct supply chain maturity assessments and present findings to management to identify improvement initiatives.
• Manage first and second level supplier escalations.
• Ensure the accurate execution of the procurement plan, including adjustments, stocks, and risk impacts.
• Oversee logistics contracts and rolling procurement plans with suppliers.
• Participate in management meetings and visit strategic suppliers as needed.
• Find solutions in case of supply disruptions.
• Contribute to the development of site commitments and ensure their fulfillment.
• Act as the focal point for procurement, flow, and scheduling networks.
• Analyze dysfunctions and lead corrective action plans.
• Propose solutions to minimize customer impact.
• Lead crisis task forces when needed.
• Maintain accurate procurement and scheduling data in the ERP system.
• Conduct individual and professional interviews with team members and ensure proper training and development.

Job Requirements

• Experience in a similar role (Procurement/Scheduling/Flow).
• Management experience of a team of about 10 people.
• Supply chain background in industry.
• Minimum level equivalent to CPIM 1 or basics.
