Responsable Exploitation Posté H/F, Le Havre

Located north of Yonne and at the entrance of Greater Paris, we provide qualitative and profitable services in messaging, express, freight forwarding, and logistics.

Job responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the Agency Director to ensure smooth operation of the agency's exploitation activities.
2. Manage and oversee the exploitation personnel (2), dock staff (2), and drivers (12).
3. Ensure compliance with transport regulations.
4. Read and verify driver cards.
5. Manage and control vehicles and dock equipment.
6. Monitor and control the use of PDAs.
7. Guarantee organization and management of the 1000 m² transport dock.
8. Analyze quality indicators related to exploitation processes.

Candidate profile: Minimum education level of Bac +2/3 (BTS, DUT, or specialized license in transport and logistics) with 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in road freight transport (messaging). You are a hands-on person with a participative presence. A culture of quality and customer service is a plus given the high standards of our premium transport products.
