Overview

Contract: Permanent | Job location: 11 rue Pasteur, Origny-Sainte-Benoite, Aisne, 02390, FRA

Responsibilities
  • Organise and manage the team to ensure availability and performance of the equipment entrusted to IT.
  • Manage and develop the technical and behavioural skills of staff, including evaluation, development and training aligned with target organisations.
  • Implement actions defined in the handling roadmaps and develop attendance schedules to optimise resource management based on workload.
  • Ensure management of STEP (excluding analyses) in the absence of the STEP operations manager; carry out N-1 duties in their absence to ensure continuity of work in progress.
  • Follow regulatory controls and supervise monitoring of basins, proposing action plans to resolve potential problems.
  • Provide technical support for drafting necessary documents (Prevention Plan, permits, operating procedures).
  • Participate in defining specifications, selection and monitoring of suppliers and external companies.
  • Be a force for proposition to improve reliability and productivity of equipment; organise interventions by external companies and monitor basin curations.
  • Manage and maintain technical documentation of equipment; define specifications and schedules for maintenance supplies; manage the allocated maintenance budget.
  • Lead the development of the Asset Integrity (ASI) program with Corporate Services preparer; create, analyse and adjust maintenance plans to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure availability and maintenance of equipment and vehicles; monitor basin activities and work to ensure their integrity; supervise pool manoeuvres to ensure water availability and storage capacity.
  • Supervise maintenance of green spaces and organise their planning; be responsible for silo management and safety rule application; ensure weekend and holiday coverage per schedule.
Profile / Qualifications
  • BTEC Higher National Diploma or equivalent with management skills.
  • Computer skills; ability to work at heights (checking stock levels on bridge); know how to swim (round basins).
  • Training required for the specific job: Explosive atmosphere; ATEX; Permits for construction equipment FR482 category 9; regulations applicable to basins; ordering party; driving license (Permis B); site equipment operation approvals (category F, R482).
