Job Description

Reporting to the head of the Workplace and Support Service within the Infrastructure, Telecom, and Support (ITS) domain, as the Responsible for Workplace Products and Build activities, you will ensure the quality, performance, and evolution of solutions provided to our employees.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a team of 7 experts responsible for workstation standards and technical services, printing services, scientific and industrial environments configured on the workstation, and security agents (Antivirus, EDR, Nexthink, etc.).
2. Gathering and considering requests for product and service improvements from your team.
3. Coordinating the evolution and deployment of new versions of our workstation products and services.
4. Maintaining and communicating the catalog of workstation services and products.
5. Ensuring the quality of deployed updates and the performance of maintained workstation services.
6. Leading the network of workstation experts within the company.
7. Proposing and managing improvement plans.
8. Facilitating and contributing to activity transfers to support teams.
9. Monitoring the quality of repositories (inventories, knowledge bases) within your scope.
10. Representing the IT Department in the company's workstation expertise communities.
11. Conducting performance and quality analyses within your scope.

Job Requirements

You should possess the following technical skills:

• Mastery of ITIL processes (incidents, problems, changes, configurations).
• Strong proficiency with technical environments such as SCCM, Windows 10/11, Symantec, Zonecentral, Office Pack, Edge, GPO.
• Experience with industrial and scientific environments.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools.
• Understanding of IT support activities.
• Commitment to quality standards.

As a leader, you are able to animate, unify, and develop a team, thanks to your communication skills, delegation ability, and strong managerial posture.

You have a strong synthesis ability for effective reporting and an innovative approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required. Given the international context, a fluent level of English is necessary for written and oral exchanges.
