Job overview: Drancy, a dynamic community of 72,000 residents committed to equal opportunities and sustainable development, is recruiting a Head of Deliberations Service. Reporting to the General Management and the Deliberations Department, under the responsibility of the Director General of Services, you will coordinate preparations and proceedings of municipal councils, decisions of the Mayor, and ensure the preservation and accessibility of administrative documents. You will lead the service and supervise the team.
Main responsibilities include:
- Preparing municipal councils
- Preparing meeting agendas
- Processing the Mayor's decisions
- Sending deliberations, decisions, and orders for legality control
- Drafting minutes of municipal councils
- Conducting legal research to ensure the legal security of acts and decisions, ensuring compliance with current regulations
- Participating in municipal councils and overseeing the voting process
- Preparing administrative documents for display (transcribing votes, preparing agendas, etc.)
- Maintaining registers and collecting administrative acts
