Job Description

Located in Levallois, within the Paris Ouest La Défense public territorial establishment, this role involves:

• Providing expertise and advice on fluid and energy management of municipal buildings and public lighting;
• Regulatory monitoring and implementation of tertiaire decree obligations;
• Monitoring and controlling energy consumption;
• Supporting and advising asset managers on fluid/energy topics and maintenance markets;
• Implementing monitoring procedures and performance indicators;
• Engaging with syndic partners such as SIPPEREC, SEDIF, SIGEIF;
• Overseeing building connections to cold (Cristalia) and hot (Kalita) networks.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a similar role with good knowledge of energy optimization strategies;
• Understanding of local government operations and public procurement rules;
• Ability to manage projects across departments;
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
