Our client is looking for his/her future Customs Representative :
Key Responsabilities :
- Ensure customs and logistics compliance for import and export operations
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of import and export customs documentation
- Monitor the progress of customs clearance processes
- Collaborate with customs agency
- Understand and apply import duty calculations
- Register and archive customs data and documentation
- Understand tariff codes classifications (HS/TARIC)
- Understand country of origin of goods
- Understand and comply with CBAM regulations
- Ensure that TW France exports products responsibly and legally throughout the world
- Obtain required export licenses in accordance with national and international regulations
- Collaborate with licensing authorities and prepare required reports and documentation
- Learn the internal MW trade system
- Ensure the management team are fully briefed on any changes to any legal changes and requirements
- Manage queries from other departments and work collaboratively within a team
Knowledge, skills, experience :
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a customs and export compliance or similar government role
- Familiarity with a manufacturing or stockiest background
- Strong knowledge and working understanding of international trade rules and regulations, including customs and export compliance, process control and internal
audits (Classification, customs entry process, customs invoicing requirements, valuations)
- Team player with excellent communication skills (verbal, written and understanding)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Contractual informations :
- Desired strat date : ASAP,but you can apply if you have a notice period
- Contract : CDI - 39h/week
- Remuneration :
- Fixed salary : 40-50K€ gross per year
