ALTRAD ENDEL, un groupe international de premier plan, recherche un Manager des enquêtes judiciaires. Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la conduite d'enquêtes internes complexes, de l'analyse des données et de la collaboration avec diverses fonctions pour renforcer l'intégrité et les pratiques éthiques au sein de l'entreprise. Le poste nécessite un engagement envers l'éthique, d'excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, ainsi qu'une expertise en finance, audit et enquêtes judiciaires.

Qualifications

  • 6 à 8 ans d'expérience en enquêtes judiciaires ou audit interne.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français.
  • Engagement envers l'éthique et la confidentialité.

Reporting : to the Group General Counsel, currently also in charge of Compliance and Internal Audit

Environment : Global multicultural company committed to ethics, ESG, and responsible business

Target profile : Master's degree in Finance with strong Finance, Forensic & Audit background, 6 to 8 years of experience in forensic investigations or internal audit. Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

This leading international group is strengthening its ethics and compliance capabilities. To support this, we are recruiting a Manager of Forensic Investigations — a trusted and sharp investigator capable of leading sensitive cases and safeguarding the company's integrity.

Your mission: Uncover the facts, assess the risks, act with independence, and contribute to building a culture of transparency and accountability at the highest level.

What you will do :

  • Lead internal complex investigations (fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, ESG-related concerns, or other alerts via whistleblowing channels).
  • Analyze financial flows, operational data, and internal documentation with precision and critical thinking.
  • Conduct interviews and compile fact-based reports for senior leadership with clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations while maintaining independence, and work with external supports as needed.
  • Recommend remediation measures and internal control enhancements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Group's ethics and compliance framework and teams.
  • Share knowledge and train the compliance team and other functions involved in investigations.

What we're looking for :

  • A strong track record in internal audit and forensic investigations, financial control, with exposure to ethical or integrity matters.
  • A structured, analytical, and curious mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Solid financial expertise, sound judgment, and interpersonal maturity.
  • Experience with analytics tools, data analysis, ERP environments, AI financial and accounting tools, and databases.
  • Interest and experience in complex, multicultural environments undergoing transformation.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • A genuine commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and long-term responsibility.
  • Adaptability to the Group's organizational model.
