Contribute to the growth of the brand(s) entrusted to you by promoting and developing their ranges among pharmacy teams.
The activity includes four main missions:
Visit the defined sector and all targeted contacts useful for developing sales of the brand’s products, including pharmacies and parapharmacies, with potential evolution over time.
Ensure optimal customer follow-up according to company guidelines, including planning visits 4 weeks in advance, maintaining appropriate visit frequency, and providing detailed reports on growth levers and actions.
Use marketing supports during visits and ensure proper negotiation and order taking using available tools and services, including EDI systems like pharmaML and EspacePro.
Negotiate and secure orders, optimize restocking, monitor EDI orders, and proactively manage shortages and disruptions.
Promote and resell commercial operations, ensure visibility, manage merchandising, and organize animations and training at points of sale.
Conduct brief training sessions during visits, promote product launches, support e-learning, and develop cross-selling arguments.
Develop collaborations with partner networks, contribute to feedback sharing, provide training during conferences, and support field feedback and best practices sharing.
